Our client is looking for an energetic, commercially driven Regional Account Manager to drive client retention and launch new business acquisition across a defined territory. As Europe’s No.1 self-serve retail provider, the business empowers workplace and public venue experiences across 16 countries, and features an in-house Roastery and R&D centre in the Netherlands. They are the leading provider of fully managed self-serve retail solutions, delivering premium coffee, food, and everyday treats to millions daily. Backed by private equity, in this target-driven, fast-paced role, you will be given the autonomy to manage your own client portfolio, maximizing account growth using an innovative product suite.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maximise growth across a defined territory by executing strategic account plans and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs analysis through to final proposal and onboarding.
  • Pitch bespoke coffee and retail solutions tailored to specific client needs.
  • Evaluate profitability on complex deals using financial analysis tools.
