Job Description A leading Private Client Tax team in a Big 4 Accounting Practice is searching for a Private Client Tax Manager to join their West/South West team in either their Bristol or Reading office. This is a fantastic career development opportunity where you'll also gain significant exposure to high quality clients, often HNW/UHNW, and could be stakeholders in privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, executives of multi-national firms, landed estates and members of private equity firms, who may be tax resident and/or domiciled in a range of jurisdictions. Responsibilities: Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, often UHNW/HNW and Family Office Managing WIP, prompt billing and staying on top of cash collection Providing advice on a wide range of assignments including IHT, CGT, income tax and international tax matters, among more Project managing Tax advisory assignments - managing risk, ensuring deadlines and compliance aspects are all met Seek to develop business from new and existing clients Actively involved in marketing and networking initiatives Supporting in the leadership, training and development of junior colleague Your experience: CTA / ACA / ATT / ACCA qualified Demonstrable experience working with a varied client base Experience with complex and challenging work Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities Benefits: ~25 days holiday ~ Flexible, agile and family friendly working policies ~ Yearly discretionary bonus ~ Yearly allowance (often referred to as "cash/car")
