An industry-leading AI company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives across EMEA. This role is focused on delivering integrated campaigns in partnership with global marketing, product, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement integrated marketing campaigns across Europe and other key international markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Oversee campaign development, execution, and delivery—balancing objectives, timelines, resources, and risks.
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, tools, and team coordination.
  • Manage agency relationships and production workflows, including budgets, procurement, and creative approvals.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across multiple channels and markets.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in creative advertising or in-house brand roles, with client-facing experience.
  • Proven track record in integrated campaign production across digital, print, OOH, and experiential.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience across EMEA markets; knowledge of emerging markets (e.g., India, Brazil, UAE) is a plus.
  • Skilled at driving clarity, managing complexity, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Confident working with senior leadership and large cross-functional teams.
