The Opportunity
We are a pioneering force in the NewSpace sector, dedicated to making orbital operations more sustainable and efficient. As we scale our international operations, we are seeking a high-caliber Product Owner to take full responsibility for our proprietary mission-management software platform. This platform is the operational nervous system of our company—integrating everything from mission design and engineering to real-time operations and partner coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who bridges the gap between deep technical fluency and visionary product strategy.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define the roadmap for a critical, company-wide technical asset. You will start as a solo lead with the mandate to build and lead a high-impact product team as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product vision and priorities in collaboration with executive leadership and engineering heads.
- Discovery & Requirements: Translate complex operational needs into precise, testable requirements through structured discovery with internal and external users.
- Technical Architecture: Oversee the end-to-end technical health of the platform, including frontend, backend, APIs, and data models.
- AI Integration: Champion "AI-native" workflows, embedding automation and agent-driven decision support into the platform’s core functionality.
- UX Leadership: Set the bar for design quality, ensuring a seamless experience for both highly technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface for the software with external partners and institutional agencies.
What You Bring
- Proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical enterprise software.
- A "full-stack" mindset—comfortable reasoning across infrastructure, data, and user experience.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted development or AI-native features in production environments.
- Strong instincts for UX and information architecture.
- The ability to operate with high autonomy in a lean, fast-moving environment.
