An exciting opportunity has come to market with a fast-growing, high established Top 50 Accounting Practice, looking to hire a Private Client Tax Senior Associate.
This is a client-facing role where you'll work directly with high-net and ultra-high-net worth individuals and families who have complex UK and cross-border tax issues, often involving residency, property assets, estate planning assignments and trusts.
Role responsibilities: Prepare and/or review UK Self-Assessment tax returns including reporting of worldwide income, foreign tax credits, complex disclosures and interpretating double tax agreements.
Prepare and/or review CGT (non-res CGT), ATED, ROE registrations and annual updates, Corporation Tax returns for non-UK resident landlord companies.
Support clients with HMRC enquiries, settlements, and disclosures Provide tailored advice on global mobility including pre-and post-arrival UK tax planning Prepare advisory reports in relation to strategic UK tax planning for international clients and their offshore corporate and trust structures Advise on the changes to UK tax legislation that are relevant to international clients, Assist with planning around international succession, trusts, and estate tax exposure Assist clients with estate planning strategies to reduce their exposure to IHT Liaise with intermediaries includin...
