A Private Client Tax team in a Big 4 Firm in Central London is searching for a Private Capital Tax Manager to join their team. Benefits include flexible and agile working, minimum 25 days holiday + bank holidays + option to purchase more, cash/car allowance and discretionary yearly bonus.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of Tax Advisory projects relevant to UK and International individuals, businesses and partnerships including: Income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, UK corporation tax, international tax (Note: you do not need experience in ALL of these areas).
- Manage a team of junior colleagues including training, coaching and mentoring.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with clients and key external contacts.
- Seek to win business from new and existing clients and be actively involved in marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with other offices across the world.
- Support leadership with often complex project work.
- Support in the growth and strategy of the Private Capital Tax team.
Your experience:
- ACA or CTA qualified.
- Demonstrable knowledge in the above areas.
- Commercially aware with business development experience.
- Managing a team including mentoring, training, hiring etc.
