About the Role
We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join a dynamic team following a significant global organizational transformation to help embed new operating models. Working closely with senior directors, you will diagnose, design, and deliver impactful talent and organization development plans aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to co-create and execute strategic workforce plans.
- Act as a coach to senior directors, bringing challenge and thought leadership to drive talent progression, new ways of working, and an inclusive culture.
- Translate people data and analytics into actionable insights for business planning and decision-making.
- Diagnose the people implications of business change and lead strategic organizational re-design.
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to ensure business needs are at the heart of HR product and initiative design.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a member of a business leadership team in a partnering role.
- Strong track record in business transformation, aligning people plans to enable change, and strategic workforce planning.
- The ability to interpret external business trends and apply user-centric principles to solve complex problems.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- CIPD or equivalent OD / Change qualification is highly desirable.
