We are looking for a commercially minded Paid Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads, who is confident analysing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights. You will manage and optimise paid digital activity across multiple websites and channels, monitoring performance, producing reports and identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion and ROI. The role is primarily remote, with one day per week in the Reading office and occasional travel to other UK offices. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
The Role
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor performance across multiple websites, campaigns and digital channels.
- Analyse key metrics including CPC, CPA, conversions, ROAS and ROI.
- Produce performance reports and dashboards, communicating clear insights and recommendations.
- Use data and customer insights to continually optimise campaign performance.
- Test audiences, creative, messaging and targeting to improve results.
- Manage campaigns across multiple websites/brands, aligning activity with overall marketing strategy.
