  • Progress from shadowing team catch‑ups to building agendas and Hosting Meetings with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Understand compliance, read a Written Scheme of Examination (WSoE), and manage remedials across key regulations including LOLER, PUWER, PSSR, COSHH, and EAW Regulations.
  • Learn to operate and navigate our CAFM system with ease to schedule reactive maintenance and inspections.

What We Are Looking For

  • A proactive networker, someone eager to spend time meeting the team, understanding the business, and building bridges with key stakeholders.
  • An organised Administrator with high attention to detail with the desire to master CAFM software and complex compliance documentation.
  • A strong communicator, comfortable collaborating with external contractors and building the confidence to lead professional agendas.
  • A safety‑conscious mindset, an interest in building compliance, workplace risk management, and statutory law.

This role will suit someone who has a genuine interest in property and asset management, who enjoys working collaboratively with others from multi‑disciplinary teams, likes to take a hands‑on approach and is a proactive problem solver.

In addition, you'll be encouraged to be self‑sufficient and involved from day one with a very supportive and capable team behind you.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast‑paced working environment on exciting projects with the prospect to develop your skills and experience further.
