Location: Mayfair, Central London (4 days/week onsite, 1 day WFH)

Salary: Β£70,000 - Β£80,000 per annum + Benefits

Contract: Permanent

Our client are a rapidly growing, high-profile international educational network backed by global private equity investment. Driven by institutional excellence and entrepreneurial ambition, they are scaling premium international school platforms across Europe.

The Role

We are seeking a sharp, hands-on Operations and Programme Manager to serve as the structural backbone of the central expansion. You will bring rigour, agile framework design and operational excellence to a complex, multi-site development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance & Delivery: Design and maintain robust project governance, risk logs and milestones across multi-site workstreams
  • Commercial & Operational Management: Drive end-to-end contract review, supplier negotiations, vendor onboarding and process improvement.
  • Executive Partnering: Build decision-ready board packs, status tracking and analytical cost/resource appraisals for executive leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in complex, multi-site programme management and business operations.
  • Certified in Agile methodologies (e.g. ScrumMaster, SAFe, PMI-ACP) with advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong commercial/contract management background with top-tier analytical skills.
  • Experience or familiarity with European markets or multi-site education/operational networks is advantageous.
