Morgan McKinley are recruiting for an Interim Group Legal Cashier Manager position with the view of the role becoming permanent.

The Opportunity

You will lead a shared service legal cashiering function of circa 20 staff, including Legal Cashiers, Senior Cashiers and Deputy Management level employees. Creating a genuine opportunity for someone to make a long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and leading a team of around 20 within a shared services environment

  • Supporting ongoing finance systems transformation projects
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business

Experience Required

  • Previous Legal Cashiering management experience
  • Experience managing larger teams (ideally 10+)
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Tech and transformation mindset
  • Experience with Elite 3E and/or Salesforce/Satinia would be highly advantageous
