Marketing Executive to join their expanding Sales & Marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and creative marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into action.
Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in delivering campaigns, managing digital activity, creating engaging content and supporting lead generation across the business.
This is not a Marketing Manager role.
We are looking for a strong, proactive “doer” who is confident taking a vision or brief and bringing it to life through high-quality marketing activity across digital, social, web, email and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and offline channels
- Create engaging marketing content, including copy, imagery, video and promotional materials
- Manage and update website content, landing pages and digital campaigns
- Create and maintain marketing artwork and collateral for both digital and print
- Manage and support the company’s social media activity
- Create and schedule email campaigns and marketing communications
- Support lead generation activity and monitor inbound leads
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads are followed up and progressed
- Track campaign performance, lead sources and marketing effectiveness
- Maintain accurate marketing and lead data within CRM systems
- Attend exhibitions, events and demonstrations to support marketing and lead generation activity
- Conduct competitor and market research to support campaign development
- Provide ideas and recommendations to improve marketing performance and lead quality
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a Marketing Executive or similar hands-on marketing role
- Experience delivering campaigns across digital, email, social and offline channels
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience managing and updating websites and digital content
- Ability to create marketing artwork and promotional materials
- Experience with social media management and campaign delivery
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of lead generation and marketing performance
- Confident using CRM systems and marketing tools
- Creative, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A relevant marketing qualification or degree would be advantageous, although practical experience will be equally valued
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial due to occasional events and travel requirements
