Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Morgan McKinley Job Overview My client, a leading Investment Management company, is looking to hire a newly qualified ACA/ACCA to join their growing private equity finance team. Responsibilities: Financial management of the corporate entities including UK corporate, LLPs and international entities (Singapore, US and Guernsey), including outsourced entities. Integrate multiple data source monthly reporting (including outsource provider) to a single system. Review and oversight of work undertaken by the assistant accountant; and peer review of work undertaken by Corporate Accountants. Assist with planning and preparation/review of year-end statutory accounts and audit. Preparation of regulatory reporting to international governing bodies (FCA, MAS, SEC and GFSC). Prepare and assist with the regulatory filings including quarterly FCA filing and annual ICARA process. Monitor capital and liquidity adequacy at all times in all Group regulated entities. Adhere to governance and financial control processes including review and update of finance policies and procedures; and compliance with ISAE & SOX controls. Respond to tax team queries in a timely manner to assist with the year-end tax process (Singapore, UK, US and Guernsey). Maintain current and relevant systems including continuous improvement of processes and systems. Adhere to the FCAβs Conduct Rules, understanding that they set basic standards of good personal conduct. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum 2.1 degree classification (or equivalent). Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Previous finance experience in private equity or Infrastructure industry desirable. Experience of dealing with multiple deadlines and prioritising tasks. Experience of team management/support of more junior team members.
