The Marketing Science Partner is a highly analytical measurement expert with deep marketing analytics experience, responsible for driving measurement strategies with top global advertisers. This role requires working cross-functionally with advertisers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to influence how clients conduct and apply measurement.

The ideal candidate is passionate about advertising, intellectually curious, and able to balance speed with precision to deliver high-impact insights. A strong understanding of the media landscape and the ability to apply quantitative methods to assess consumer behavior and advertising effectiveness are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help global advertisers measure true business value by operationalizing research and analyses that demonstrate the impact of advertising investments.
  • Develop and implement cross-platform and cross-media measurement strategies for global clients.
  • Conduct standard and custom ad effectiveness studies, including meta-analyses, to evaluate marketing strategies across digital and traditional media.
  • Drive client, vertical, and industry adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Engage in senior client discussions, present findings, and provide data-driven marketing recommendations to internal sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Partnerships teams to refine features, develop new measurement solutions, and enhance advertiser tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience in research, analytics, or ad effectiveness measurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioral/social sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising, branding, and performance marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness methodologies.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, including experimental design, modeling, and advertising research.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences and influence advertiser strategy.
  • Proven ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and deliver results with attention to detail.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Bridge the gap between global measurement strategies and local market execution.
  • Work closely with sales teams on small-scale experiments and data interpretation.
  • Manage client calls to set up and refine measurement experiments.
  • Lead client meetings in Switzerland, presenting data insights and collaborating with sales teams.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company in measurement discussions.
  • Drive continuous adoption of measurement frameworks, encouraging clients to leverage clinical-trial-style experiments for performance optimization.
