The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will support the plethora of exciting activities launched every year and ensure the teams have the tools they need to operate with excellence. Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the wider UK Marketing team operates efficiently and will be in charge of managing the marketing budget.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for tracking the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with the company’s mission and standards.
- Develop and oversee Marketing policies and procedures, both internally and with external agencies.
- Design and optimise processes such as Lead flows from lead capture through to nurture; coordinating with Sales and Marketing, ensuring tech stack integration, and supporting with opportunity scoring and progression.
- Responsible for the UK Marketing budget and ensuring budget owners are on track with forecasted spend, working with finance to ensure compliance.
- Managing the backend of marketing campaigns, from tracking progress, to coordinating the building and testing teams through to execution and analysis.
- Collaborates with a variety of stakeholders on all aspects of various projects, including planning, gathering specifications, coordinating content, tracking progress, and managing approvals, timelines, and budget.
- Responsible for onboarding and managing new starters and agencies.
- Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, brand, design and technical execution teams to launch campaigns with speed and accuracy.
- Responsible for coordinating and running the Marketing QBR and delivering to senior stakeholders.
- Ensuring consistency across global teams and sharing best practice internationally.
Objectives of this role
- Ensure all Marketing Activity is forecast, tracked and summarised; aligned to budget lines and finalised with an ROI.
- Manage quarterly reviews of Marketing performance to ensure optimal budget distribution between activity and campaign execution throughout the year.
- Drive budget efficiencies and movement between various Marketing functions and ensure spend goes on the most fruitful activities.
- Reduce wastage in budget management so no mis-alignment in spend and drive confidence to the business.
- Reduce admin time for the wider marketing team by improving processes and ensuring SLA’s.
- Reduce onboarding time for new starters and agencies to enable the team to move at speed.
Skills and qualifications
- Two or more years proven success in a Project Management or Operations Management Role.
- Ability to strategically maintain financial/budgetary information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
- Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving and people management skills.
- Exceptional judgement, flexibility and professionalism, and ability to lead effectively while being a team player.
- Strong presentation skills and initiative.
