Global Marketing Campaign Manager – Biotechnology Business

Oxford based

Hybrid working offered: 2 days in the office each week, then once per week in the office after probation.

I am looking for a Global Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and reporting of product marketing campaigns. This role drives engagement with target audiences, generates leads, supports customer growth, and helps share authentic user stories across the scientific community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, deliver, and measure global marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, MarTech, and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business priorities and gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, SEO, social media, and third-party channels.
  • Manage campaign content scheduling, review, and optimisation.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to implement targeted outreach.
  • Identify trends, spot opportunities, and create engaging, science-driven communications.

Who You Are

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in life sciences (genomics preferred) with 5+ years' marketing or communications experience.
  • Proven track record of managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns in the life sciences sector.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts and tailor tone to different audiences.
  • Highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented – able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident in digital tools, project management, and campaign analytics.
