Social Editor / Video Editor
Location: London (On-Site) | Salary: Approx. £60,800/yr | Term: 3-4 month contract (scope to extend) ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT: Fluent English and French
We are looking for a high-output Video Editor to produce social-native video clips at scale. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social formats, is comfortable with AI tools, and can edit high-quality clips rapidly with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do:
- Create at Scale: Use internal tools and natural language prompts to identify and cut clip-worthy moments from library content.
- Platform-Native Editing: Adapt single-source content into platform-specific formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9) complete with strategic hooks, text overlays, and design cards.
- End-to-End Delivery: Own the asset operation by managing your clip queue, generating post copy, and self-QAing audio sync, framing, and pacing.
- Trend Execution: Hit daily volume targets and same-day turnarounds while applying the latest platform best practices and highlighting viral-potential moments to the team.
What You Need:
- Language: Full fluency in English and French is strictly required.
- Experience: Hands-on background creating video content for social platforms (TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools.
- Work Style: A detail-oriented, high-output operator who thrives on volume and iterates quickly based on team feedback.
