We're working with a leading consultancy on a high-profile telecoms transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep ServiceNow expertise to join on an initial 6-month contract (likely to extend). This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week onsite in either London or Reading.
The Role
You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture across a complex telecoms environment. This is a strategic position, driving platform standardisation, governance, and best practice across multiple modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for large-scale enterprise programmes
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solution designs
- Lead architecture and best practice across key ServiceNow modules, including:
- TSM
- TSOM / ITOM
- IRM / GRC
- SPM
- OMT
- CSM
- HRSD
- SecOps
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within the telecoms domain
- Strong exposure to OSS/BSS environments
- Extensive background as a ServiceNow Architect / Solution Architect
- Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to operate at a strategic level
