We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design work on a critical initiative that will shape the future of the subscription experience. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to deliver both tactical improvements and strategic redesigns. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across product, e-commerce, legal, and engineering to bring commercially impactful, user-centric solutions to life.
What you’ll do:
- Lead discovery and user research to validate freemium models, pricing strategies, and monetisation opportunities with a human-centred lens.
- Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly articulate the value of premium experiences and subscription options.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to explore experience improvements and future flexibility.
- Deliver polished UI in Figma, from early concepts through to high-fidelity designs.
- Champion accessibility and usability, ensuring compliance and exceptional user experience.
- Support seamless journeys for subscription management, including cross-sell, upsell, and cancellation flows.
