Our retail client is looking for an organised and detail-driven Maintenance Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a large-scale retail repair and maintenance programme across the EMEA region. You'll work closely with regional teams, vendors and project managers to help ensure maintenance activity is tracked, scheduled and completed on time and to the required quality standards. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination, retail operations or facilities support who wants exposure to a complex, international environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the day-to-day coordination of repair and maintenance activity across multiple countries
  • Working with local country teams to ensure brand and quality standards are followed within agreed guidelines
  • Monitoring maintenance activity and tracking progress against plans
  • Liaising with vendor project managers to ensure work is completed in time
  • Supporting planned maintenance activity by reviewing status reports and following up on actions
  • Assisting with basic data analysis to identify trends, issues and potential efficiency improvements
  • Supporting region-wide projects and initiatives as required
  • Building a strong understanding of the branded programmes, processes and operational constraints

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a project coordination, operations or facilities support roles
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to track activity, follow up actions and manage detail
  • Confident communicator, able to work with internal teams and external vendors
  • Experience working with reports, trackers and operational data
  • Experience covering retail, facilities, maintenance or rollout project experience is useful

This is a hands-on project coordination role, focused on keeping the programme moving, maintaining standards and supporting delivery at scale. This is an initial 12 month contract, hybrid working 3 days in the London office and paid on a PAYE daily basis.
