A Top 10 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Manager to join their International Private Client Tax team in Central London. You will manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, their families and associated offshore structures, as well as delivering advice and managing compliance aspects of your portfolio. You'll also support Directors/Partners with projects and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio of clients with complex and international tax matters
- Take the lead on tax planning, including clients moving to and from the UK, succession planning and asset protection using trusts and/or corporate structures
- Manage communication with your clients and other stakeholders including family office teams, offshore trust and fiduciary company representatives
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as business tax, accounting/audit services and valuations
- Support in the technical development and soft skills training of junior colleagues
