A global technology company is seeking a Partner Reporting Analyst to join its Sales Finance team. The team operates across EMEIA and provides commercial and financial support to Sales and other business functions, with a strong focus on data accuracy, reporting, and value creation.
This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate capture, validation, and reporting of sales and inventory data. The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing process improvements and support reporting tools used across the organisation.
As a Partner Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing and auditing critical data used to support business decision-making. You will work with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and IS&T to onboard external channel partners to standardised data capture processes. Following onboarding, you will ensure timely and accurate reporting of required data and support continuous improvement of partner reporting tools and processes.
Key Qualifications- Experience partnering internally across an organisation and with external third parties
- Experience working in project management environments
- Experience in collecting and validating data from external partners
- Strong proficiency with Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a broader commercial perspective
- Proficient in spoken and written English
The successful individual will:
- Onboard channel partners to report sales and inventory data, ensuring consistent and accurate weekly reporting
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies within the fiscal quarter
- Develop an understanding of channel partner structures and reporting processes
- Support assigned projects and contribute to continuous process improvement aligned with commercial priorities
- Provide functional requirements and participate in the design and testing of partner data capture tools
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with teams in Finance, Sales, Operations, and IS&T
- Analyse partner reporting data to identify trends and outliers, prepare forecasts, and share insights with relevant teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements- Knowledge of reporting methods including EDI, SFTP, and web-based solutions is preferred but not required
- Experience working with sales data and reporting systems is advantageous
- Experience with BusinessObjects, Tableau, and/or Essbase is a plus
- Additional language skills are beneficial
