We are seeking a highly capable and personable Office & Administration Coordinator to join a growing London team on a Temp to Perm basis. This is a varied, fully onsite role for someone who enjoys creating an efficient, welcoming and well-organised working environment. You will support colleagues across the business and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the London office.
The Role
- Provide broad administrative and coordination support to the wider team
- Act as a key point of contact for colleagues, visitors and external contacts
- Coordinate business travel, including accommodation, transport, visas and travel accounts
- Maintain office records, process expenses and manage office supplies
- Coordinate practical arrangements for new starters and leavers
- Support visiting colleagues with workspace and building access
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers on day-to-day requirements
- Assist with the organisation of team events and office activities
- Take on ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as required
