A leading international professional services firm is looking to appoint an International Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its growing International and Complex Tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work with large multinational and UK-listed businesses on a broad range of technically complex and commercially focused advisory projects across multiple jurisdictions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager or ambitious Manager seeking greater exposure to international tax advisory work, complex structuring projects, and direct client engagement within a high-performing and collaborative environment. This role would suit an ambitious International Corporate Tax Senior Manager looking to further develop their career within a market-leading international tax practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide international and complex UK corporate tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of multinational clients
  • Lead the delivery of technically complex projects, including international tax structuring, refinancing, business reorganisations, and operating model redesigns
  • Advise clients on cross-border tax matters, international expansion, and evolving global tax developments including BEPS 2.0
  • Support clients with tax authority enquiries, controversy matters, and complex technical issues
  • Work closely with Partners, Directors, overseas offices, and specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions across jurisdictions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser on strategic tax matters
  • Oversee project delivery, manage resourcing, and ensure high technical standards across the team
  • Support business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and participating in pitches
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior members of the team
Requirements
  • ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Strong corporate tax experience with significant exposure to advisory-led work
  • Experience working with multinational groups and international tax matters would be advantageous
  • Strong technical knowledge across UK and international corporate tax
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring junior team members
