You will deliver leading advice to household names, large and FTSE/AIM listed corporates, all from an AI / Tech platform.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on international tax structuring and cross-border transactions
- Provide technical input on reorganisations, financing arrangements and supply chain structures
- Lead the firm in designing and adopting technology-enabled ways of working, championing digital tools that enhance delivery and empower teams
- Support inbound and outbound investment advisory
- Lead technical analysis of developments arising from OECD initiatives, including BEPS and Pillar Two
- Interpret UK legislation and international treaty application
- Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions within the global network
- Review and oversee technical deliverables and client communications
- Support business development initiatives and proposal preparation
- Mentor and develop junior team members
