An established UK wealth management business is seeking an experienced Employee Communications Manager to support group-wide internal communications. This role plays a key part in aligning colleagues to business strategy, strengthening engagement, and bringing company culture to life during a period of ongoing growth and change.
The Role
You will manage day-to-day internal communications delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the business to produce clear, engaging and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and activate the colleague communications strategy across the organisation
- Create and distribute high-impact internal communications aligned to the company narrative
- Develop communication plans supporting business initiatives, including change and transformation programmes
- Drive colleague engagement through campaigns, events (virtual and in-person) and storytelling
- Manage a modern mix of channels and formats (e.g. intranet, social platforms, email tools)
- Act as a trusted communications adviser to senior leaders
- Support planning, production and measurement across the internal communications function
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in internal/colleague communications within a large organisation
- Strong storytelling, writing and presentation skills
- Confident managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and data-led, with experience using intranets, engagement platforms and email tools
- Ability to create visual and multimedia content with minimal creative support (video/events)
- Financial services or wealth/asset management experience is beneficial but not essential
