I'm currently working with a number of PE-backed businesses across the legal, professional services and wider business services sectors who are looking for experienced interim finance professionals.
I'm keen to speak with Interim Financial Controllers / Group FCs who have experience working in:
- Professional services, legal or wider business services
- PE-backed or investor-backed environments
- Multi-entity / group structures
- Month-end, management accounts and financial reporting
- Group consolidation and statutory reporting
- M&A, acquisition integration or buy-and-build environments
- Finance transformation, systems and process improvement
- Board, investor and lender reporting
- Working closely with CFOs and senior leadership teams
The ideal profile will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), commercially minded and comfortable being hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
Experience within an acquisitive or PE-backed business would be particularly relevant.
Day rate: £550-£700 depending on experience
Location: London / Hybrid
