Morgan McKinley are partnering with a Facilities Management business experiencing strong growth through both M&A and organic expansion and are looking to appoint an Interim Finance Business Partner to support during this period. Based in Central London, you will work closely with the Head of Finance, partnering with commercial teams to drive performance, deliver clear financial insight and support decision making across the business.
The role will focus on budgeting, forecasting and analysing key drivers of profitability while also playing a key role in projects including the implementation of Sage and improving processes as the business scales.
- Partner with commercial teams across sales, marketing and operations to support decision making and drive performance
- Analyse financial results, identify trends and clearly explain the drivers behind business performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, and improving accuracy
- Provide clear, actionable insights to improve revenue, margins and cost efficiency
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and confidently influence key decisions
- Support key projects including the implementation of Sage and wider process improvements
About you
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Previous experience implementing Sage
- Experience working in a Facilities Management company
- PE backed experience is a plus
