A well-established and highly regarded Accountancy Practice with offices across London and Berkshire is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded General Practice Director to join their growing leadership team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced senior professional with a strong background across audit, accounts and tax to step into a strategic leadership role with a clear and accelerated route to Partnership within 12 months. The Role

  • You will play a key role in leading and developing the firm's general practice offering, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting the wider leadership team in shaping the future direction of the business.
