We are partnering confidentially with a rapidly growing financial advisory group to recruit a Financial Accountant into its London-based finance team. This is a broad and fast-paced role, with hands-on exposure to month-end reporting, audit support and variance analysis across a multi-entity environment. Working closely with the Senior Financial Controller and wider finance team, you will take ownership of month-end reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, manage audit relationships, and contribute to regulatory and cashflow reporting. This role offers excellent exposure across the full finance lifecycle within an ambitious, expanding financial services business.

Key Responsibilities
- Month-End Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Take ownership of the accuracy and timely delivery of month-end reporting.
- Review P&L and balance sheet schedules, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis against budget and forecasts, providing clear commentary for senior finance leadership.
- Compile financial reporting packs for group and entity-level review.
- Act as a key contact for audit queries and walkthroughs.
- Manage audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
