As an Event Operation Specialist, you will provide extra support at two of our largest EMEA sites following recent employee pulse surveys.
You will manage the workload through our busiest time of year, running from September into the new year.

- Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the operational execution of on-site corporate events for 200 to 700+ attendees.
- Direct on-site contractors to ensure seamless logistics and event effectiveness.

- Handle event-related administration, including submitting vendor invoices and navigating internal procurement systems.
- Monitor event budgets effectively and report on key performance metrics and operational outcomes.
- Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of professional experience overseeing large-scale events of 400 to 600+ attendees.
- Execution-focused mindset with a readiness to hit the ground running and manage day-to-day operational heavy lifting.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a highly people-facing environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail regarding financial administration, invoicing, and procurement.
- Previous experience working for event production companies, large-scale hospitality venues, or corporate event facilities.
- High flexibility to accommodate shifting weekly priorities, ranging from well-being initiatives to massive corporate gatherings.
