I'm partnering with a globally recognised technology brand looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to support a major European sports partnership programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in experiential marketing, sponsorship activations, sports partnerships, roadshows or large-scale event production.
You will be responsible for delivering activations across 20+ events throughout Europe, working closely with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure every event is executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities- Managing end-to-end event delivery across multiple European markets
- Overseeing event production, logistics, timelines and budgets
- Coordinating agencies, suppliers, event staff and brand ambassadors
- Ensuring branded experiences and event spaces are delivered to the highest standard
- Managing stakeholder communications, reporting, payments and event reconciliations
- Travelling to events across Europe to oversee on-site delivery and operations
