An exciting opportunity has opened with a global technology organisation for a Project Manager to join a Business Operations team supporting the onboarding and launch of digital partners across multiple international markets. This role will focus on managing the delivery and operational readiness of a broad partner ecosystem, including financial institutions, payment providers, transit operators, loyalty partners and digital service providers, ensuring smooth launches and scalable ongoing operations.

Working as part of an international team, you will collaborate across business operations, product, engineering, finance, analytics and external partners, managing a project pipeline while driving process improvement and launch execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of partner onboarding and launch activity across multiple markets
  • Lead planning and execution for partner launches, ensuring operational readiness and delivery milestones are met
  • Manage relationships with external partners and coordinate cross-functional teams internally to support successful execution
  • Drive improvements to operational processes, workflows and launch management activities
  • Analyse processes and data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support continuous enhancement of planning and launch frameworks from pre-launch through go-live and ongoing partner operations
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in project management and business operations delivery within a fast-moving environment
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholder groups in large, complex organisations
  • Experience managing external partners and supporting implementation or onboarding activity
  • Track record of improving, streamlining or scaling operational processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to identify improvements
  • Interest in digital products, technology, payments or innovation-led environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
  • Experience in payments, fintech, digital wallets, partner onboarding or platform operations
  • Additional European languages such as French, Spanish or German advantageous
