  • Lead UK field marketing and events, including sponsorships, roundtables and executive-level events.
  • Develop and manage account-based marketing programmes targeting priority Enterprise accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales and BDR teams to maximise pipeline generation and ensure strong alignment throughout the funnel.
  • Take a data-led approach to campaign performance, attribution, ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Manage lead flow, scoring, routing and reporting through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Continuously test and optimise campaigns, messaging and channels to improve conversion and cost efficiency.
  • Develop co-marketing programmes with strategic partners and manage joint campaigns and events.
  • Bring UK market insight into wider global marketing strategy and share best practice across the team.

About You

You'll be an experienced B2B marketer with:

  • 5+ years' experience in demand generation, field marketing, growth marketing or a similar role.
  • A strong track record marketing Enterprise SaaS or complex technology solutions to senior decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, events, webinars and content.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience measuring pipeline contribution, attribution and campaign ROI.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
  • Knowledge of ABM and intent data tools and approaches.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior Enterprise audiences.
  • A proactive, collaborative and commercially focused approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
