Cross Functional Producer & Publisher 12m contract London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Production
    • Lead the end-to-end production of cross-functional content for internal campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
    • Manage the full content lifecycle, from ideation and briefing through to production, translation, and publication across digital internal communication channels, in close partnership with the Internal Engagement team.
    • Deliver multi-language engagement strategies to Retail team members across the EMEIA region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and regional priorities.
    • Drive quality control, ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand, editorially sound, and consistent across regions.
    • Coordinate the creation and publication of editorial content, reference materials, and operational communications.
  • Programme Management
    • Orchestrate the planning and delivery of multi-workstream content and programs to Retail, GRS, and WW partners.
    • Manage timelines, workflows, and dependencies — balancing multiple concurrent workstreams and changing priorities effectively, under tight deadlines.
    • Build and maintain program playbooks, processes, and documentation to scale impact across geographies.
    • Identify and resolve production and translation challenges proactively, maintaining delivery momentum at all times.
  • Executional Excellence
    • Own delivery from briefing through to execution, ensuring seamless handoff between strategy, creative, production, and publishing.
    • Manage hands-on content publishing via content management systems, with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) experience preferred.
    • Oversee partner agencies and vendors where required, ensuring deliverables meet standards of quality.
    • Gather and analyse user insights to optimise content performance, provide feedback around platform functionality, and inform future campaigns and platform improvements.
    • Capture insights and learnings post-delivery to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content production and program management, ideally within a global brand, creative agency, or fast-paced marketing or internal communications environment.
  • Strong editorial content lifecycle management skills — from ideation and briefing to publication — with a high standard of written quality.
  • Hands-on experience managing the production of content, creative assets, and toolkits across a variety of disciplines that are insight-led, inspirational, compelling, and on-brand.
  • Experience with publishing via content management systems, with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with content and program management tools.
