We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderation & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Integrity Operations team. This is a high-impact contract role focused on training cutting-edge AI models, ensuring the accuracy of moderation decisions, and partnering with global vendors to uphold online safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI & Content Evaluation: Review AI-generated moderation decisions for accuracy, consistency, and strict policy adherence.
  • Quality Calibration: Develop and maintain "golden sets" to test, validate, and calibrate AI models and vendor performance.
  • Vendor Management: Identify performance gaps, implement improvement plans, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to translate insights into action.
  • Policy Application: Apply complex policy reasoning to ambiguous cases in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or investigations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate moderation decisions to technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a highly regimented, process-driven, and quota-based environment.
