I am working with a leading Alternative Asset manager to bring in an experienced Finance Manager to support an Oracle ERP Finance Transformation project. The role is to support the Group Finance team with legacy data validation, data cleansing, mapping, and reconciliations.
Position Summary
The Finance Manager will maintain the books and records of designated entities and business units within the Group. This role is responsible for preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly results including cost accounting, transfer pricing summaries, variance analyses, and VAT submissions.
The successful candidate will manage regulatory reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and lead year-end processes such as statutory accounts compilation and external audit liaison. Additionally, you will support the wider Finance team on ad-hoc projects, transformation activities, and assist with maintaining a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliant control framework.

Experience Required
- Must be a Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Excellent grasp of general accounting fundamentals, double-entry bookkeeping, accounts preparation, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience working within a multi-business group environment, managing multiple cost centres.
- Strong understanding of internal control environments (ideally Sarbanes-Oxley/SOX compliance).
- Previous experience operating as an accountant within a regulated financial environment.
