An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth global travel marketplace supporting the expansion of a new accommodation supply category focused on student travel. This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships and marketplace growth, focused on bringing student accommodation providers, hostels, shared stays and alternative group-friendly inventory onto a leading digital platform. You'll be identifying, engaging and onboarding new supply partners, helping grow inventory and improve availability for student demand across the UK. This is a strong fit for someone from travel, travel-tech, marketplaces or B2C platform environments, particularly those with new business, partner acquisition or cold outreach experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Acquisition & Partner Onboarding
- Identify, source and onboard new accommodation partners, including student housing providers, hostels and shared living operators
- Build and manage a pipeline of supply partners from outreach through to go-live
- Drive new business activity and support scalable acquisition channels
- Marketplace Growth & Supply Optimisation
- Support partners through onboarding and early ramp-up, helping optimise listings for visibility and performance
- Work with partners on pricing, availability and commercial performance
- Help ensure supply meets affordability and quality expectations
- Partnerships & Cross-Functional Delivery
- Work closely with internal teams across Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Community and Data
- Support supply strategies aligned to demand peaks such as seasonal travel and group trips
- Contribute to new supply channel development and partnership opportunities
- Insights & Performance
- Track supply acquisition activity, pipeline progress and onboarding performance
- Analyse supply gaps, partner performance and market trends
- Provide insights to support broader growth strategy
Skills & Experience:
- 1-3+ years' experience in business development, partnerships, account management, supply acquisition or marketplace growth
- Experience in travel, travel-tech, marketplaces or B2C platform businesses highly desirable
- Strong new business mindset, including outreach, cold calling or partner acquisition experience
- Commercially minded with strong ownership and execution focus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and building new channels from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills
- Data-minded with interest in performance and optimisation
