The Role- Lead and grow the London Audit practice
- Develop new business opportunities and expand client relationships
- Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a broad range of sectors
- Act as Responsible Individual (RI) on audit engagements
- Build and mentor a high-performing audit team
- Work closely with senior leadership on the firm's long-term London growth strategy
- Maintain exceptional audit quality and regulatory compliance standards
- ACA qualified
- RI status is essential
- Proven track record of winning and developing business
- Strong experience managing audit clients across multiple sectors
- Currently operating at Partner level, or an experienced Director ready to step into Partnership
- Strong leadership, networking and relationship-building capabilities
