We're working with a leading global tech organisation to hire a Business Data Analyst to help build and scale core data capabilities across multiple international markets. This is a high-impact role focused on turning data into actionable insight, strengthening data foundations and enabling AI-ready analytics across Customer Success, Digital Experience, Service Delivery and Support functions.
You'll sit in the International Customer Success analytics team and play a key role in improving how customer outcomes are measured, understood and improved across non-US markets. This is not a pure BI role, it's end-to-end analytics, from building data foundations through to dashboards, insight generation and strategic storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and strengthen data foundations, pipelines and governance, ensuring scalable, consistent datasets across international regions.
- Support AI-ready data structures, including clear documentation, standardisation and data quality improvements for downstream AI consumption.
- Design and deliver scalable dashboards and reporting, connecting customer journey metrics.
- Perform deep-dive analysis and root cause insights to identify drivers of customer issues, digital adoption and operational performance.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation, analysing outcomes and quantifying business impact.
- Communicate insights through strong storytelling, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, ideally within Customer Success, Digital or Operations environments.
- Strong SQL skills (essential).
- Experience with Tableau, Qlik or PowerBI.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Spark or ETL processes (desirable).
- Python experience (nice to have).
- Strong understanding of statistics, A/B testing and experimentation.
- Experience working with customer/digital or contact centre KPIs preferred.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.
- Genuine interest in AI and automation, with curiosity around how GenAI can improve analytics workflows.
You're a proactive data analyst who goes beyond reporting, someone who connects the dots between data, insight and business impact. You're comfortable engaging with stakeholders, challenging requirements where needed and thinking strategically about the 'so what' behind the numbers.
