Exciting opportunity to work with a Big4 Tech Company as a Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist, based in London, UK! (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Contract Duration: Until 5th June 2026

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Execute processes and drive projects that have well-defined scope, effectively managing the activities that lead to successful outcomes of immediate team objectives.
  • Consolidate information into a central location including stakeholders, plans, prioritized objectives, estimated task durations, risks, schedules, and dependencies.
  • Execute against existing team-level projects and processes with defined scope and complexity, in partnership with more experienced program managers.
  • Monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations for defined programs and tasks.
  • Proactively seek out guidance and apply existing best practices to improve existing programs and keep projects on track.
  • Align stakeholders on decisions and changing circumstances.
  • Support an established program within and across an organization.
  • Develop the ability to identify stakeholders and work with them to plan and prioritize objectives, estimate task durations, and ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned and support those objectives.
  • Develop the ability to apply communications management skills, represent the state of a program in typical situations with minimal guidance.
  • Develop relevant domain knowledge required to perform job (e.g., Networking Protocols, Payments Infrastructure, OS Ecosystem, Release Management, Cloud Computing).
  • Demonstrate technical understanding to the degree required and comfortability working with engineers and with technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Communications management: Coordinate and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, meeting AIs, decision/escalation logs, newsletters, and websites. Ensure communications are organized and visible to immediate program stakeholders.
  • Execution and governance: Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders. Maintain project trackers and status reports in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Identify and execute on program tasks. Execute on program governance by collecting data to inform mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. Facilitate effective meetings. Ensure programs instill Product Excellence values by keeping product quality, utility, and user experience top of mind. Ensure programs address Trust and Privacy by incorporating brand trust and reputation into decision-making. Advocate for Product Inclusion by considering equitable outcomes for all users in all addressable markets.
  • Planning: Author program charter that addresses scope and timeline of basic program, specify program OKRs, and explain resource requirements/dependencies, in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases aligned to the product development lifecycle, including risks/dependencies.
  • Stakeholder management: Author stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by, and who influences, program outcome in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Document program team roles and responsibilities. Ensure stakeholders are aligned on program plan and progress. Identify stakeholder misalignment and coordinate resolution. Demonstrate solid judgment on escalation management.
