We have an exciting opportunity for a HR BP to join a successful organisation in Hampton. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week on site, 2 days a week at home, office days either in Hampton or at another location in the Surrey area. Some flexibility to travel locally is required. This is a generalist Business Partnering role where you will provide HR advice and support to employees on a broad range of matters. There are two direct reports, HR Advisor & HR Administrator. Provide guidance on HR policies and processes including employee relations, recruitment, reward & recognition, performance management, staff development, training, health & well-being, equality & diversity and employee engagement Coach managers on complex People related matters Build positive working relationships with key stakeholders in order to act as a trusted partner Proactively identify possible risks to People performance Support the Head of HR in the creation and implementation of HR strategy Review People Performance data and provide regular updates and reports to Senior Leadership Team Work closely with the HR Advisor to assist managers in recruitment & retention activities Implement HR projects including employee engagement activities and well-being initiatives Identify and address HR implications of proposed organisational changes, supporting in consultation processes as required Alongside a competitive salary of up to £50k there are excellent benefits including hybrid working, 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, long service rewards such as additional holiday and paid sabbaticals, pension (up to 7% employer contribution), life insurance, enhanced maternity / adoption / paternity pay, paid professional memberships, eye care, Employee Assistance programme, cycle to work scheme, parking and more.
