We are currently seeking a highly experienced Head of M&A to lead and execute strategic mergers and acquisitions that align with our global business objectives. This is a key leadership role, and the ideal candidate will have extensive end-to-end experience in managing complex M&A transactions for multinational companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, from strategic planning, target identification, due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring to post-merger integration.
- Develop and execute M&A strategies in alignment with the company’s global growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, including market and competitive analysis.
- Conduct and manage comprehensive due diligence processes, ensuring thorough risk assessment and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, operations, and HR teams, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Drive negotiations with target companies, external advisors, and legal counsel to secure favorable deal terms.
Key Qualifications:
