Location: Stockton on Tees (Hybrid with frequent prospect and client travel)
Salary: Up to Β£120,000 per annum plus benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute robust business development and sales strategies
- Build strategic relationships through direct prospect and client visits
- Oversee full cycle sales operations from pipeline creation to contract agreement
- Identify market opportunities to secure sustainable revenue growth
- Align commercial targets with internal delivery capabilities
Requirements
- Sound, proven working knowledge leading business development and sales strategies
- Industry background within engineering or manufacturing preferred
- Readiness to undertake frequent travel across target regions
- Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Capacity to balance an office base in Stockton on Tees with home working and travel
