- Manage the contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, assignment extensions and offboarding
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to anticipate future resource requirements and manage contractor allocations
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and any issues are addressed promptly
- Identify potential risks and challenges, managing escalations and maintaining appropriate records
- Provide feedback, guidance and support to contractors, encouraging high standards of performance and professional behaviour
- Manage contractual and commercial matters, including assignment terms, extensions and renewals
- Maintain relationships with former contractors, helping to build a strong network of talent for future opportunities
We are looking for someone with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, who is confident managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
You will be comfortable having challenging conversations, negotiating, delivering constructive feedback and managing both client and contractor expectations.
