In this role, you will act as the internal subject matter expert, partnering closely with Group Finance, FP&A, Tax, Technology and external Solution Integrators (SI) to design, build and embed a scalable, AI-enabled finance platform. - System Integration & Data Management: Support seamless integrations between the EPM platform and core upstream systems, including NetSuite (ERP), Workday, HubSpot, data warehouses and BI tools. Lead data mapping, metadata pipeline standardisation and historical reconciliations prior to go-live.
- Automation & AI Innovation: Explore and leverage native EPM AI capabilities and automation frameworks to enhance forecasting accuracy, exception detection and financial insights.
- Testing & Go-Live Readiness: Lead functional solution testing, validate integration interfaces, resolve defects and ensure readiness for operational cutover.
- BAU Administration & Post-Go-Live Support: Act as the long-term system owner, managing regular dimension updates, business rules, allocations, platform health, release cycles and support ticket resolution.
- Stakeholder Management & Governance: Translate complex technical concepts into business solutions for senior finance stakeholders across Group FP&A, Tax and Treasury.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven EPM Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with leading enterprise CPM/EPM platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM Cloud, or Oracle Hyperion (or equivalent).
