A Top 10 Accounting Firm is searching for a Global Mobility Tax Manager to join the team in their Central London office, offering flexible & agile working policies
As a Global Mobility Tax Manager you will be a key point of contact for your client contacts, collaborate closely with internal colleagues from non-Global Mobility Tax teams, as well as going to market and winning new business. You'll manage junior staff members, deliver training, review work and provide feedback.
The role:
- Manage a portfolio of clients including billings and cash collection
- Take responsibility of project delivery, ranging in complexity
- Review work completed by junior colleagues, advising/coaching where required
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the firm's quality control procedures
- Manage communication with HMRC and any other external contacts
- Develop business with new and existing clients
Your experience:
- ATT, CTA or ACA qualified
- Experienced in managing, training and mentoring junior colleagues
- Experience of leading projects varying in size and complexity
