We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background and a passion for operational excellence to join our Global HR Systems and Operations team. You\’ll play a key role in creating and implementing best-in-class HR processes, with a particular focus on building or enhancing a Centre of Excellence (CoE) or Operational Excellence model to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant HR services globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, streamline, and improve global HR operations, policies, and processes—driving operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle.
- Design and implement governance frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
- Lead or support the development of a HR Centre of Excellence or Operational Excellence function, promoting standardisation and continuous improvement.
- Drive automation across HR processes and expand employee/manager self-service capabilities to enhance the employee experience.
- Partner with global and regional HR teams to refresh and regionalise policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and global consistency.
- Act as the GDPR lead for HR operations, overseeing data integrity, compliance, and privacy within the HRIS.
- Optimise HR knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and improve content usability for better self-service.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and inform HR strategy and decision-making.
- Contribute to or lead HRIS and HR ticketing system implementations and improvements.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in creating, implementing, or working within a Centre of Excellence or Operational Excellence HR model.
- Strong HR generalist experience covering the full employee lifecycle and broad knowledge of people operations.
- Previous experience in a HR Shared Services leadership or transformation role.
- In-depth understanding of HR compliance, regulations, and GDPR/data protection.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and service/ticketing systems.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, proactive, and confident in solving problems and leading change.
- Exposure to global HR environments; international experience is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user and comfortable working with data tools.
