We are looking for a senior FP&A Manager to own and improve how our client, a PE backed Property services business, measures performance and value creation. This is a high impact role within a strategic finance team, working closely with senior leadership and operating to investor-level standards. The role suits someone highly analytical, commercially minded and comfortable working independently. You will lead key reporting, support strategic decision making and ensure the business is always ready for external scrutiny (e.g. investors or transactions).
Key responsibilities:
- Design and own a core performance and value-creation reporting framework
- Define clear KPIs, ensure data accuracy and maintain strong audit trails
- Run monthly and quarterly performance reporting, explaining key drivers
- Build and maintain a due diligence ready data environment
- M&A readiness
- Prepare investor quality reports, analyses and data packs
- Support strategic modelling, scenario analysis and decision-making
- Translate complex data into clear insights for senior leadership and Board-level materials
- Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial and operational teams
- Improve data governance, consistency and reporting standards across the business
Skills and experience:
- Strong background in FP&A, transaction services, corporate development or strategic finance
- Experience from Big 4 or similar transaction / due diligence environment preferred
- Proven ability to produce high quality performance packs or diligence-ready materials
- Strong understanding of investor and diligence expectations
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets
- Confident working with senior stakeholders with minimal supervision
Salary up to £100,000 plus bonus (dependent on experience)
