Working closely with Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting and Technology teams, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate regulatory submissions, robust capital calculations and effective reporting processes.

Prepare, review and submit COREP regulatory returns in line with EBA and PRA requirements and reporting deadlines.
-
Support the preparation, review and reconciliation of annual and interim Pillar 3 disclosures.
-
Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical calculation methodologies, reporting processes and controls.
-
Produce regular reporting packs and analysis for internal stakeholders.
-
Perform data validation, reconciliations and variance analysis, investigating discrepancies across source systems, including Moody's and the general ledger.
-
Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Regulatory IT and Data teams to resolve data-quality issues and improve reporting processes.
-
Maintain accurate procedures, calculation documentation and supporting evidence.
-
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes while maintaining strong governance and controls.
Skills & Experience
-
Qualified accountant or working towards a relevant professional qualification.
-
Experience in regulatory reporting, prudential capital or a similar financial services environment.
-
Strong knowledge of EBA and PRA regulatory frameworks, including CRR3 and Basel 3.1.
-
Experience with COREP reporting, Pillar 3 disclosures and prudential capital calculations.
-
Good understanding of balance sheets, income statements and their impact on regulatory capital reporting.
-
Strong Excel, analytical, data manipulation and reconciliation skills.
-
Excellent attention to detail, technical judgement and a strong control mindset.
-
Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and communicate effectively with Finance, Risk and Technology stakeholders.
-
Comfortable managing competing priorities and meeting tight regulatory reporting deadlines.
Desirable Experience
-
Experience with Moody's Risk Authority or a similar regulatory capital reporting platform.
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and process automation.
-
Exposure to Power BI and AI tools.
-
Experience with Oracle, Smart View, Essbase or comparable finance and reporting systems.
The Opportunity
Join a growing organisation where you can contribute to the development of robust regulatory reporting processes, support an expanding balance sheet and work across a range of technical and business stakeholders.
If you have experience in regulatory reporting or prudential capital and are looking for your next opportunity within financial services, we would welcome a conversation.
